- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will not be charged for the session.

1.2 Mental Health Tests
- Non-Cancellable: Due to the immediate delivery and nature of our mental health tests, once a test has been purchased and taken, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

- First Session: Your first counseling session with us is free, so no refund is applicable for this session.
- Paid Sessions: If you cancel a paid session at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
2.2 Mental Health Tests
- Non-Refundable: All sales of mental health tests are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once a test has been accessed or taken, we cannot offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully review the test description before purchasing.
